The device consists of a sensor mounted on the back of a
vehicle about 12
inches from the ground. It is engaged when the vehicle is
put into reverse
gear. There is a visual and audio warning. Virtually any object
that comes
within the Warning Zones causes the system to beep.
The Sonar Vision visual and audio warning component should
be installed
on the ceiling at the rear of the vehicle cabin. The warning
lights are identical
in colour and significance to traffic lights. This ensures
that the driver has
quick visual identification of any scenario, at a glance.
